The Braidwood MillIdeal for families, friends and groups with shared interests, this unique 1840’s building offers relaxing, lodge style, self contained accommodation in historic Braidwood. The Mill is a large, open plan building. It has four double bedrooms, two with queen size beds and two with double beds. Downstairs there is a double bunk for two children. Linen, Doonas and towels are provided. Extra mattresses and roll away beds can be provided. Braidwood Mill has a well-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher and plenty of crockery and cutlery to allow you to entertain in style. The dining area has a large refectory table, the lounge area a cosy log fire. The modern bathroom includes a spa bath. The building has a relaxed and rustic atmosphere and is ideal for children. Mona Country Manor HouseMona is a boutique country resort. It comprises two self contained dwellings, "The Stables" and "The Coach house". The Stables VillaA two storey villa, set amongst shady oak trees and a dedicated lawn
with banquet table and English fountain. The lower level has a fully
equipped kitchen, a luxury double bathroom with spa, and two additional
shower bathrooms. Gowns are provided. Upstairs are four double bedrooms,
decorated stylishly and individually. A recreational lounge area adjoins
with slow combustion wood fire, billiard table, juke box, TV/Video and
movies. Cost: 1 night: $500 for the 1st room then $300 per room. The Coachhouse VillaThe Coachhouse (circa 1903) has been completely renovated and refurbished. It is our newest and most luxurious accommodation. The accommodation is divided into two areas each with individual entrance and outdoor areas. Both the Mona Lisa Room and the Leonardo Room are king bedrooms with ensuite facilities. The lounge/dining area has a slow combustion wood fire, TV and Stereo. There is also the Da Vinci Suite with king bedroom and own lounge and bathroom. There is access to a fully equipped kitchen for both areas. Full country breakfast provisions are included. The Coachhouse has its own courtyard (approx 1 acre) and guests have access to all the outdoor facilities. A party of four can book exclusive use. Cost: $1 night: $520 for the 1st room then $330 per room. Mid week either Villa: $250 per room. |

The cottage overlooks a steep gorge formed by the permanently flowing Nettleton’s Creek. It is located on 160 acres of natural bush with historic aqueducts, old gold diggings and large swimming holes in a pristine creek so there’s plenty to do on site. Walking trails from cottage allow exploration of the bush by foot and if you are quiet, platypus will be seen in the creek.
