Araluen Creek Camping Reserve

Location: Araluen Creek, on the outskirts of Araluen Village
Facilities: The reserve has a camping area with barbeques and rubbish bins.

Deua River Camping Areas

There are 3 camping areas along the Deua River in Deua National Park:

  • Deua River,
  • Bakers Flat and
  • Dry Creek.

Location: Araluen - Moruya Road, Approx 20 km south of Araluen. Facilities: The reserve has well marked camping areas with camp fires and toilets with running water provided from the Deua river.

Wyanbene Camping Area

Turn left off Krawarree Rd, 45kms from Braidwood. Permit required to enter the cave.

located in a secluded valley in the heart of Deua National Park on the Deua river. Turn left off Cooma Rd, 67kms south of Braidwood. Access by 4WD only.

Lowden Forest Park - Waterwheel


Location: Tallaganda State Forest
Facilities: Camping area with barbeques, toilets and running water. There are also a number of walks around the park.

Warri Camping Reserve

Location: Kings Highway, 13 km NW of Braidwood on the Shoalhaven River
Facilities: Toilets, barbeques and picnic tables are available with running water from the Shoalhaven River.
