Braidwood Townstay and Workshop Art Space

Home in the heart of Braidwood.

Braidwood Townstay is comfortable self contained accommodation in the old Bank of NSW building in the centre of town.

The accommodation is spacious with 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 2 rooms with queen size plus a single bed and the other 2 rooms with 2 single beds each. Downstairs enjoy the comfortable living room with slow combustion fire place, generous dining room and cosy sunroom. The kitchen is well equipped and a laundry is available on request.

We are child and family friendly with a cot available to hire for a modest fee and child barriers for the stairs to protect adventurous toddlers.

Ideal for a couple, a family, several families or a group of friends. When you book Braidwood Townstay you have the whole house to yourselves for the duration of your stay.

Old Police Station B&B at Majors Creek

The Old Police Station B&B sits amongst a beautiful garden that features tranquil ponds, a rotunda, romantic walkways, a variety of magnificent trees, scented roses - all appear far away from the pressures of city life while being at an easy distance from Canberra, Braidwood, the South Coast and even Sydney.

The 100 year old oak trees that frame the house give the park like garden great depth and provide an idyllic setting for sitting under relaxing or reading a book or just contemplating about life's ebbs and flows.

The charm embodied in the lovingly restored old building and its surrounds provide the perfect setting for grand occasions such as weddings, family gatherings, celebrations or corporate retreats. The B&B will provide transport to and from functions, and will arrange for professional photography services, if required.
